Terms & Conditions – Social Media Packages

How it works:

  • Packages / retainers are billed monthly, in advance.

  • Before we begin, we’ll chat about your goals, brand and content needs.

  • I’ll create a content plan for the first 1–2 weeks, then once approved, we’ll roll out approved posts in batches.

  • Package prices are fixed for 6 months.

Payments

  • Payment is due upfront at checkout, with automatic monthly payments set up afterwards.

  • Payments are non-refundable.

  • If payment is more than 7 days late, late fees may apply.

Each Instagram package includes:

  • An initial strategy call

  • Brand audit (Instagram + website + marketing)

  • Light research into your industry & competitors

  • A content plan (themes, content pillars, ideas + captions)

  • Deliverables as outlined in your chosen package

  • Email support + optional check-in calls

Important to note:

  • No photography, video, or production is included. (I’m happy to recommend photographers if needed!)

  • All designs are created in Canva, using either text/graphic elements or photos provided by you (or your chosen suppliers).

  • I don’t run ads or boosted posts—growth is organic only.

Client Responsibilities

  • You’ll need to provide Instagram login details, photography, and any other content needed in a timely manner

  • Approve content in a timely manner—delays on your end may mean posts don’t go live as planned.

  • Any extra work outside your package can be quoted separately.

Timelines & Deliverables

  • Rush jobs may incur an extra fee.

  • I’ll always aim to meet deadlines, but delays may happen due to illness, tech issues, or Instagram glitches (which are out of my control).

  • Once content is delivered, I’m not responsible for account issues, lost files, or compromised logins.

Minimum Term & Cancellations

  • Packages run for a minimum term (as per your package).

  • To cancel, 30 days’ notice is required after your last payment.

  • If you go quiet and don’t respond after 3 attempts to reach you, I may end the contract and any outstanding payments will still be due.

  • Payments already made are non-refundable.

Right to Refuse or End Services

I reserve the right to end services if a client behaves disrespectfully. Payments already made will not be refunded.

Force Majeure

If circumstances outside my control (e.g. illness, emergencies, tech/platform issues) affect delivery, I’ll let you know and adjust timelines where possible.

Privacy

Your details and materials are kept confidential and won’t be shared without your consent.

Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time, with 7 days’ written notice.
